This camp is suitable for ALL abilities, you will be grouped with riders of similar ability to ensure you get the most out of your horse. Places are LIMITED to give everyone the full benefit, so don’t wait to book!

Stabling depends on numbers & will be allocated on first come first served basis. On-Site permanent stables will be allocated first at £35/night. Temporary stables will allocated when permanent stabling is sold-out and will be between £65-£85 depending on numbers. (Please note this is the direct cost to KRC to hire temporary stabling)
You will be allocated a grass area to park and setting up a corral for your horse besides your horse box. Please note that you are responsible for bringing and erecting your own temporary fencing. A £25 fee will apply for day corral or overnight corral.
By ticking this box you know you are booking a place on the Jumping / Eventer's Riding Camp on 23-25th June 2025 at Ashwood Equestrian. Terms and Conditions for Camp Booking 1. Deposit Payment: • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your place on the camp. • The deposit must be paid via bank transfer on the day of booking. 2. Balance Payment: • The remaining balance must be paid in full by 2nd May 2025. • Failure to pay the remaining balance by this date will result in the loss of your deposit, and your place will be released for sale. 3. Cancellation Policy: • Before 2nd May 2025: • You may cancel your booking by sending written notice via email or Facebook message • If your place can be resold, your deposit will be refunded, less a £10 administration fee. • After 1st May 2025: • If you cancel after this date, a refund minus £20 admin fee will only be issued if your place can be resold.
